Building the Inner Temple

In the midst of our modern lifestyle, staying in touch with our spirtual world is proving more and more challenging.

Within this blog you’ll find ways to setup rituals for building your Inner Temple. Building an inner temple within oneself is a metaphorical and spiritual practice that involves creating a space for reflection, peace, and personal growth.

The First Steps

  • Set Your Intention: Begin by defining what your inner temple represents for you. Consider the qualities you wish to cultivate, such as Inner peace, love, wisdom, or willpower.
  • Find a Quiet Space: Dedicate a spot in your home or a specific location where you can be undisturbed. This can be a physical space or a mental “sacred” place you can visualize (For example, mine is a rock cave with a dim blue light emating from a tranquil pond of cristallin water…It’s a safe space where I go to calm down and meditate)
  • Create Rituals: Establish practices that resonate with you, such as meditation, prayer or mindfulness. These rituals can help you connect with your inner self and establish the vibe of your temple.
  • Visualize Your Temple: Take time to imagine what your inner temple looks like. Consider its architecture, colors, symbols, and the feelings it evokes—this can deepen your connection to it.

Be Patient: Building an inner temple is an ongoing journey. Allow yourself the time and space to grow and discover new layers of your inner self.
